Come-See-Me

Come-See-Me has once again approached Rock Hill and Williams & Fudge is happy to be an Official Sponsor, come out and enjoy the fun!

Since 1962, the Come-See-Me Festival has heralded the beginning of spring for the greater Rock Hill area. What started out as a weekend event has grown to a 10-day festival full of merriment and memories for all ages. 

Kick Off Parade

The whole shebang kicks off with the Parade. Find a spot for your blankets and chairs along the parade route from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 11th.

Musical Mania

Kids will enjoy hands-on music at Fountain Park from 4:30-6:30 on Friday, April 12th. This event culminates in a grand Kazoo Parade that begins at 6:00.

Chalk on Main

If you’re more visual than musical, you can help transform Main Street at Chalk on Main. From 4:30-7:00, participants can brighten the street with chalk art. Chalk will be provided.

Beach Bash

After all the excitement of kazoo parades and chalk art, the party continues with the Beach Bash. From 5:30-10:00 on Johnston Street, enjoy beach music with Gary Lowder and Something Hot.

Road Races

Both a 5K and a 10K will be run starting at 7:30 a.m. at Winthrop Lake. The races should wrap up around 10 a.m.

Mayor’s Frog Jump

A perennial favorite of the kids, the Mayor’s Frog Jump will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Miracle Park. The event is limited to kids 12 and under. Bring your own frog or borrow one.

Gourmet Gardens

Sample the wide variety of wares from the many food trucks that will be around Winthrop Lake from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th. You will also enjoy the live music.

Movie Night

Bring your blankets and chairs to watch Encanto at Fountain Park from 8-10 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th.

Sundaes with Glen and Mother Goose

From 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, April 14th, enjoy ice cream and storytelling with a few of Rock Hill’s favorite mascots at Glencairn Garden.

Glencairn Garden Entertainment 

From Monday, April 15th through Friday, April 19th, enjoy food and entertainment at Glencairn Garden. This year’s events include both lunch and dinner time food vendors and performers.

Join co-workers on Thursday at noon for a picnic in the park during this event.

Teddy Bear Tea Party

If you haven’t already registered for this event, do so now! Space is limited. From 4-5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17th, kids ages 3-10 can dress up and bring their teddies to this special event at Westminster Park.

Broadway Night

You can’t miss this talent showcase held at Castle Heights Middle School from 6:30-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 18th.

Barbeque Cook-Off

On Friday, April 19th from 6:30-8 p.m. at Winthrop Lake, enjoy the Anything But Butts cook-off. The barbeque continues on Saturday, April 20th from 3-6 p.m. with Sales from the best vendors around.

Moonlight Jazz & Blues

After you sample some barbeque at Winthrop Lake, enjoy some music from 6-10 p.m.

Tailgate Party, Skydiving, and Fireworks

The 2024 Come See Me Festival will wrap up on Saturday, April 20th from 3-10 p.m. The finale will feature live music, followed by skydivers, and then the fireworks.
