From the W&F 25th anniversary history book
Since moving into the new location in the Cotton Factory, the success of the company has gone to new heights. In 2007 major decisions had to be made about how to move forward to ensure that W&F was keeping up with the times. These changes led to the company’s holding its own through the first year of the recession and then taking off, as the number of employees has almost doubled within the last three years. The second decade of the 21st century has seen diversification of product lines, such as bringing on multiple banking clients to work Private Student Loans. The Old Cotton Factory is home to almost 275 employees as Williams & Fudge celebrates 25 years of service on July 18, 2011.
In 2011 W&F added 58 more workstations and a large training room in anticipation of having 350 employees by the end of the year.
