Cotton Factory Renovation

In 2006 Gary, Bob Perrin, and developer Brian Barwick purchased a 126-year-old cotton mill in downtown Rock Hill and re-developed it for the company and retail use. This served notice in the community that Williams & Fudge had become a large player in the local economy, both through employment and by giving back to the community, including major sponsorships of community festivals and events. Growth was immediate when the staff moved into The Old Cotton Factory; and it was great having everyone on the same floor of such a fantastic location. The company was able to build to suit specific needs and was very strategic in how the offices were built. Being a major part of the renovation, moving, logistics, and all that came with it was quite a learning experience!
