The Annual Student Loans and Receivables Collection Conference and the Sales Team

In order to provide even more information for the clients, and after being in business only two months, W&F held its first Student Loan Conference in the BTC. Eighteen clients and prospects attended. The first overnight conference was held on the property of Jim and Tammy Bakker’s PTL Resort! Every year, Williams & Fudge hosts a conference with most presenters being from well-managed colleges and universities. In the beginning, the staff spent many hours making copies and assembling conference manuals, one at a time. The process was automated in the late 1990’s; by 2008 the bulky manuals were on a flash drive and the website allowed attendees to view notes before arriving at the conference.
