ACA International

From the W&F 25th anniversary history book 

Important elements in the growth of Williams & Fudge were the involvement of management in both ACA International and the Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organization (COHEAO) and the creation of Gary’s Vision 20/20 Group. ACA’s support of the staff through regional seminars, training in collection techniques, Government Services Program, the PPMS system, and seminars led by W&F staff all contributed to the growth of the company. From 2000 to 2005, Gary served on the Executive Committee of ACA and served as president of the international association during 2003-2004; Bob Perrin held numerous leadership positions in COHEAO, serving as president in 2009-2010 and 2011-2012.

The Vision 20/20 Group was formed in 1996, and later merged with the Benchmark group in 1999 to form the Vision Benchmark Group. The purpose was to cooperate with top agency owners across the country to learn, share, and support growth and cost savings in each company. The members meet twice a year and constantly communicate with each other via email as issues arise. In essence, they are each other’s board of directors!

In 2003 Gary was installed as President of ACA International in Las Vegas. W&F employees were there supporting him.
