In Scouting, boys and girls start with their best right now selves and grow into their very best future selves. It’s fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life.
Scouting is an important piece of the Williams Family. Gary was a scout as a child and the values and leadership that it taught him prepared him to become a successful businessman and leader. Scouting has so many wonderful qualities for boys, and now girls, to learn and take with them into their young adulthood as they prepare for their lives ahead. David went all the way through scouting and even earned his Eagle as a teenager! Blake is now active in scouts in the same Troop David was in and that Gary helped to charter at Oakland Baptist (Troop 33).
